The Dr. Seems knowledgeable but he does not take any pride in his office or building. The place is so run down. The furniture is old and worn out makes you feel like you're in a third world country. Every time I come I'm afraid I will catch something. The office is always busy but it is sad he doesn't fix the place up. He finally last year reupholstered the exam tables you use to sit on rips in the fabric. Everything is dirty I asked his staff they say he will not update.
