Fantastic experience!
Everyone that I interacted with including Dr Chan and the Optician helping me decide on new glasses frames were very thorough and easy to talk with. I definitely recommend them.
I dropped my glasses and the lens popped out of the wire I called them in a panic even though I hadn't bought the glasses from them. they said come on in but we can't guarantee we can fix them as we dont repair glasses we dont sell. so I went over there and one of the front desk ladies I wish I got her name said let me take a look. not even 5 minutes later she was back and everything was done they even cleaned them. so they really helped me out.
I saw Dr Munoz! Excellent caring Dr. He knew what he was doing!!! He gave a thorough and detailed exam. I am sure that all staff at Chan Optometry treats their customers with care and consideration
Had a very nice experience, some of the nicest staff I’ve talked to. 🤓
