The best advice I can give anyone about this office is to find another doctor. This is not about Dr. Chan himself, but about the receptionist staff. Since the previous receptionist retired, the office has been completely disorganized. When you try to call to book an appointment or get information, no one answers the phone. I am not saying that Dr. Chan is not a good doctor, but he is unlike my previous doctor, who was very thorough with my overall health. I have to be very proactive, and I am glad that I have the intelligence to be like that. He seems hesitant to do specialist referrals and is concerned about the costs for certain tests, which should not be his problem.
The only doc I know. born and raised. Never failed me yet.
