absolutely horrible. they live in the 80s. everything is paper. no electronic records. doc calls you with results and if doc is on vacation, it waits til she gets back. you never see a copy of anything and when you ask for one, they send it via unsecured email. they charge $100 for all patients to cover their admin fees and this is on top of regular charges. i went there for 6 months and requested copies of my medical records because i am switching to a different doc. they then wanted to charge me $65 for my records which is... read more
Dr. Joyce Chams is an amazing and incredibly smart doctor. Dr. Joyce Chams has saved my life many times. Years ago Dr. Joyce Chams was able to find and surgically remove something abnormal that could of turned into the Big C. This was my first surgery and I was very scared and nervous. I saw Dr. Chams for about 8 years (I wish I changed my doctor sooner) and she basically used birth control as a bandaid instead of actually figuring out the root problem. From what I've seen, she prescribes birth control like candy. I told her that I was always starving and gaining a lot of weight on that medication and she blew me off saying that I just need to see a diatian - which never solves a problem caused by medication.
