Was supposed to view a property today only to find out it was rented out yesterday no call no nothing. Pretty ticked at the service they provide because they were forcing me to come view it when I don't drive was paying someone to take me. I would of just signed the lease and paid everything with just seeing the pics. But too late now.

Absolutely horrible horrible horrible ! And see, these are the ones that give New Orleans a bad name. When you are trying to GIVE THEM MONEY and they are still ignorant, there's no hope for the future. This Brittney chick, or whoever are there working the phones, in their New Orleans/Southeast region are horrible. When dealing with customers you have to be that kind of person that actually wants to do it. I was nice, all the way to the end. I never cursed, nothing. The directions given were not clear.
