Champs on Furnace Branch Road has the worst customer service ever. The owner, Sonny, was rude, ignorant, and unprofessional. I called to complain that I was being overcharged but was told by Sonny that if I did not like the prices that I was charged then I can go somewhere else. This place has become a joke. They don’t have to tell us twice. We will spend our money elsewhere. We think everyone should take Sonny’s advice and spend their money somewhere else (where they appreciate their customers.).
The best place to go unwind after work!
Visited today for the first time with my work peeps. Chicken Chesapeake was awesome! So many different things on the menu to try. Definitely will be back soon!!!
I think they have changed their pizza sauce. I used to love their pizza but now not so much. The sauce has way too much basil or some other spice. the subs are usually great. We will not be ordering the pizza again.
