This place is stellar, in trying to help people in general, whether they are a paying customer or not. I called in with a fireplace leaking cold air into the living room. They asked me for a picture, and tried to help me out, by educating me even after they told me that fireplace was a custom build, and can only be fixed by ripping it out completely which they are not in the business of doing. They were patient and helped me out, I would have given them the business if I could.
