I chose Champ's for my fireplace/chimney cleaning for the price, but would patron again for the service! I got quotes from three other local places for chimney cleaning and Champ's was the cheapest (by a little) at $275 (+tax) as of 9/2022. The two workers were right on time, put tarps down to not dirty the surrounding areas of the fireplace. This place is stellar, in trying to help people in general, whether they are a paying customer or not. I called in with a fireplace leaking cold air into the living room. They asked me for a picture, and tried to help me out, by educating me even after they told me that fireplace was a custom build, and can only be fixed by ripping it out completely which they are not in the business of doing. They were patient and helped me out, I would have given them the business if I could.

I am a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and almost every transaction will require an estimate from a separate vendor. This particular one recommended a level 2 inspection. Champs responded quickly and was scheduled the next day. They were professional, responsive, not alarming and well informed with their discipline. I look forward to using them again.

Just had Josh perform chimney sweeping service with camera inspection option (had a pleasant introduction to a new, hi-tech camera). Excellent customer service, answered all my questions. Very professional, called before the appointment to let me know he's on his way. Pleasure doing business with! Would definitely recommend this service to anybody.
