Never open, or at least never answer phone for orders. Never any food available when attempt to purchase inside. Overall very poor franchise of Champs Chicken. And the smell inside store is unbearable.
Wasn't super impressed with the food selection, wife thought we were getting food from an actual restaurant, but it was literally an ala carte in a gas station. Had fries and Mac & cheese on the menu, but we were told they can't order/make those items.
Chicken and service were great.
