I got a quote from a competitor, and was calling around to see if there was someone at a more reasonable price. After 3 short and rather dismissive calls to other shops, I called champs and Sam took 5 minutes to hear what was going on. Sam gave some of his time to hear me out, and offered some general ideas of cost, then offered to do his own inspection and quote.
