I have to say, I was really impressed with the quality of the food at CHAMPPS. I was there on Friday for an event with a pile of other teacher-authors on Teachers Pay Teachers. We had an awesome buffet set up for us! The salmon was AMAZING. I'm not going to be shy in saying I went back twice. The green beans were cooked perfectly. And the mashed potatoes were like mom makes. I wouldn't think twice about recommending this place.
I think they forgot we were there. Waited at least 40 mins before walking out.
Overall I do recommend Champps for Easter brunch but we won’t be going back unless they bring back the pasta bar (used to be right along with the omelets). Super letdown today about that. We’ve gone for 8 years or so (Easter and Mother’s Day) but won’t be back without pasta bar.
