Began by being greeted by no one. Finally, a waiter noticed us and flagged down the hostess who was in the kitchen hanging out. Still waited 5 minutes before she showed up to seat us. No apology; she acted perturbed to serve us (a family of 5). We then sat over ten minutes while waitstaff completely ignored us. I had a horrible experience! There was barely anything on the menu to choose from and it tasted like microwave food! I will not be going back. I sent everything I ordered back
The burger was WAY too salty and the bourbon sauce was non-existent on the burger. Big disappointment!

Just had a wonderful rehearsal dinner at Champps Lansing. They served 50 people wonderfully. The service was great and the food was wonderful. The room was perfect. Thanks Brittney Cruz and servers..... I was hoping it would be nice and it was so much better!
