Last Friday morning I noticed my cat (who is also a nite time huntress) came home with a hurt leg. Waited a day then called around. 1 vet said they couldn't see her until Tuesday, another vet said the same and to give her baby aspirin and splint it. I called Champlin Park and you saw her within the hour. Told me NOT to give her baby aspirin, (bad for tummy's on kitties).You did not overcharge me then allowed me to race back in with my German Shepherd to get her nails trimmed the same day. Nate and Zoey met Dr. Kat today. All went well; Nate, at nearly 11 years old, acted like a 3-year old (and that's good!), it wasn't Zoey's favorite way to spend her time but she did fine. It'll be good to have a wonderful vet close to home - Thanks Dr. Kat and staff!
I took my rats in yesterday and was extremely impressed. I absolutely adore Dr. Kat. She was amazing with my two boys. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. And affordable! This will be the only vet clinic I use for the rest of my life!!
This is the best clinic around! The staff is very knowledgeable and caring to my dog. I feel like I'm going to visit friends & not to the vet. Dr. Kat is the best, anything I can write does not do her justice. I was referred to the clinic by a friend a few years ago. I have had nothing but good interactions with CPPH, whether by phone or in person. My dog actually likes going to the vet - she squeals when she sees the staff because everyone is so caring, friendly, and packing treats. They treat my pets the way I would: gently, tenderly, quickly, and heavy praise for pets who manage to tolerate procedures so they build confidence & make a positive association. Heck, I like going to the vet, too!
The folks at CPPH treat you like a person and take time to explain what they're doing and answer your questions. Oh...and they love your pets too!
Awesome place!! I bring both my dogs here and refer everyone else to come here! The Vets are knowledgeable, the techs are great, and the facility is clean and in nice order. Dr. Kat and Dr. Barnes have both gone above and beyond for my boys in caring for them when they're I'll and keeping them healthy! <3
