I began the process of building a home with Champlin Homes a year ago. Ground was broken mid June 2021 and each week I received an update on the progress of the home. I was able to meet with a designer and select the finishes for my home.For the most part, the entire process was easy. Of course a few glitches occurred which were fairly and quickly remedied by R. Champlin. The general contractor was very receptive and easy to work with. I am pleased with my new home and am looking forward to spring and a green lawn.
