I have been going to Gary and the guys when they were first Midas. They are always honest and have taken care of me , my truck and car. My truck has way over 300,000 miles and it is still going strong. Always enjoy going there knowing my vehicles are in good hands.

I have experienced an unusually large amount of car issues in the two years I have lived in Champlin. Probably nearing 10 shop visits - in addition to oil changes. I am always pleased with the customer service I receive, even with my embarrassing lack of car knowledge! My sly remarks are always met with a smile and correction, this is a great group of guys. After being told almost a year ago I needed new brakes by another place, I finally decided to make the appointment to get it done. (I was quoted by a place in Elk River it would be over $600 as they needed to fix one other thing too). At my appointment in Champlin the technician told me I still had a good 10,000 miles before I needed new brakes and nothing was wrong with the other part. I really appreciated the honesty and will definitely be back in a year to get my brakes done!

I will be a customer for life, for many reasons. The work is always done right the first time, the fee is always reasonable, they stand behind their work, and they are absolutely trustworthy. Gary and the guys have helped us nurse several old cars through to end of their usefulness, letting us know when we've reached the point that fixing them is no longer the best option, and even checking out used cars before we bought them. Today I had some work done on my car, and without mentioning to them that I was previously told it was a control panel issue, I asked them to fix the low beam headlight if it wasn't too difficult. I got it back, working, and was told all it required was a computer code to be cleared. I was charged $19 for the light and that was it!!! The control panel at the other place I had gone to was quoted at over $1000! As a woman who doesn't know a lot about cars, I rely on honest mechanics.
