Employee turn over is HUGE. When I was there you hardly got a lunch because the nurses wouldn't do reliefs. Always short and still is. I hurt my back there had several Dr's notes that they failed to follow but I had to work until one day the Dr said you cant due to your injury. I got short term disability and they get out of paying for my back is BS. I wouldn't put my dead dog there no joke that place is the biggest JOKE EVER
I am thrilled to know that my mother is being so well taken care of, enjoying so many activities, and having so much entertainment. Fine job, Champlain Valley Senior Community!
Wonderful place. Amazingly caring staff. It was so hard to see mom need to leave her home and move into assisted living. It was not something we wanted her to have to do. Thank you to Eli and Emily, and special thanks to the staff for showing us that mom is in good hands. If she can't be home, we wouldn't want her any place else.
My mother resides at the facility in the memory unit. The family is very happy with the care and treatment she receives and impressed with the dedication of the staff. The memory unit is a challenging environment at times and the staff seems to just take everything in stride; special people. Mother has been at CVSC for well over a year now and over that time we have seen the facility and its staff grow and improve. I am lucky enough to provide music and movement at Champlain Valley Senior Community each week. Every staff member greets me with a smile and genuinely seems concerned about the welfare of each individual. The facility is accommodating and welcoming. I look forward to my time here each week.
