Great experience. Lived here for 2 years and highly enjoyed it. My breakdown: PROS: Location - 10/10 surrounding areas in Beechwood and Rockliffe. Perfect for biking in the warmer months; many bike trails as well as beautiful POIs e.g. Sussex, NCC River House, Major's Hill Park, Strathcona etc. - Generally calm building with good neighbors. Lived here for almost 5 years. Only moving out because my commute is long to work. Very quiet building, large suites. Had one issue with pests which was fixed promptly and efficiently. Staff are decent and respond promptly to issues, but the ac was broken for half the summer this year and I sometimes felt like water shutoffs were frequent. Nice area close to downtown.
