I brought my elderly mother for a 9:30 AM appointment ....after 30 minutes I asked when she would be seen, was told we were next and after 45 minutes at 10:15 we left unseen and with no explanation as to why at the start of the day they were running at least 45 minutes behind. No concern for our time.
