Rude! My spouse was supposed to receive homecare after surgery, to change his wound dressing. No one's shown up. days after we receive a call to schedule a visit. They then "require him to attend the clinic for wound dressing" How is this possible, they've instructed him to stay home to heal, and not to drive! Unfortunately, we have been waiting since June for PSW support for my 83 year old father. He has had multiple falls, mobility issues as well as cognitive issues. No accountability, we have been given false promises and frankly feel like this will never get sorted out.
I called a few minutes ago. As I was explaining my difficulty and y I am having them, I was interrupted and told the services r not for that and what it was for. I interrupted the receptionist to say I was calling for what she described. I was told not to interrupt her. I told her she interrupted me without hearing what I wanted. I was injured as a vehicle accident victim. My doctor's office at Carson Medical Clinic referred me to this company for some homecare due to my injuries. I was appalled by a woman named Ciro?? who stated bizarre things that were never true or happened to me like 1. I was in hospital the day before 2.
