I bought a boat from John, the owner and it needed warranty work done. I have owned the boat for almost a year and the warranty work has still not been completed. We have made multiple calls to John and he told us that he has sent the request in. After several months and many calls, still no part. I was driving from Florida to fish a professional bass tournament on Lake Champlain. I drove 1500 miles when I noticed my engine mounts were loose. I first contacted another dealer who was very short and stated they could not get me in for a month despite it being a simple quick job. I called Champlain Boatworks who said “no problem and come in when you get into town”. I was up and at the service center at 7:30am. They pulled me back and fixed my boat up.
