I started working with Mike five years ago when my wife and I went to Wimbledon. The tickets Mike got for us were AMAZING!!! They were Debenture Tickets for Centre Court in the 200 Level and we ended up sitting right next to Gladys Knight and directly across from The Royal Box!!!!! WHAT A THRILL!!! I have recommended Mike to many of my friends planning to go to one of the tennis majors and they have all raved about his service!!! $7,000 and you couldn't spare 5 mins. to meet me with your family? I texted you once I got to the hotel on the 26th & you said you'd talk to me tomorrow and I never heard from you until I had to get the code for my 3rd day at RG--4 days later. Mike was very difficult to work with. Tickets did not arrive in time which left us waiting on the day of wondering if we were going to get the tickets we were owed. We got them barely before the event started which caused us to be late. Prior to this he would not answer any calls, messages or emails about where our tickets were and our concerns.
