Love it here. Owners and management are very kind people. Maintenance is professional and safe, they take care of you property needs here and promptly. Owner and landlord takes pride in her property, she's respected and we respect her. Thank you
If I could give this place negative stars I would . I lived here for 10 years way too long . Roach invested mice invested . When Megan was there she would try and do things like not raise my rent or get me new carpet because all the problems. The housing market was horrible so I stayed there .My rent went from 1200 to 1750 . They don’t fix anything they would rig it to past inspection. The experience I had coming to this property this weekend/week, was crazy as hell!! Someone had just moved out of the unit, they didn’t clean the unit good. They move the tenant in with so many problems on the property. They have on tenants said that they was cleaning her vent to change it and it was all mildew.I don’t recommend no one to move in on this property unless this property have a full inspection done.
