Would really recommend this place, my children really like Ms.Adonis, Ms. Jasmine really listens to my concerns, is caring and she speaks Spanish (which is a big plus for my kids)! Phone wait times are normal and I can usually get a same day appointment, love Ms. Gabi at the front desk too! I’ve been bringing my kids here for 6 years and I drive 25 minutes to get there but I really don’t mind it, when my kids are going to get taken care off!
They deserve ZERO star. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic last Thursday when I brought in my sick daughter. After consulting with Dr. Jasmin, we were told to pay extra for an additional test, with the promise of results within 24 hours so a prescription could be issued. That never happened! More than 24 hours passed with no follow-up. I had to call the clinic myself, only to be told by the receptionist that she had no update and someone else would need to follow up. Great staff and always welcoming
We had an apt for 11:00 am.. I checked my kids in online the day before and we arrived 15 minutes early just for us to sit in the waiting room for an hour and for families that checked in after me to get seen before my kids…. I’m highly pissed and unsatisfied
