Great staff and always welcoming
We had an apt for 11:00 am.. I checked my kids in online the day before and we arrived 15 minutes early just for us to sit in the waiting room for an hour and for families that checked in after me to get seen before my kids…. I’m highly pissed and unsatisfied
We love this place! Ms. Adonis and Ms.Jasmin were excellent people. They went above and beyond for me and my children today…what the kids say now a days “ 10/10 recommend “
Had our newborn's first appointment scheduled and ended up getting there 11 minutes late (hard to estimate how long babies take to get ready for first time parents). Since we arrived 1 minute past their "10 minute policy" they said they needed to reschedule for next week even though there was only one other person in the waiting room. Also called them in advance to let them know we might be a few minutes late and was on hold for 10+ minutes so that was no help.
