Greedy management—they overcharged me after I moved out. The AC was always broken, and one of the toilets was never fixed. Please don’t move there.
EDIT" I’ve lived at this community for over a year, and this has easily been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve already turned in my notice to vacate and will not be renewing my lease. Between the parking issues, broken mailboxes, roach and insect problems, valet trash leaving garbage curbside overnight, poor water pressure, and barely any hot water, this place has been one problem after another. I've been here over a year now and I love it. The apartments are spacious, decently updated, and the amenities are great. The real selling point is the maintenance team. When I first moved here, I was moving in the rest of my stuff from my care. Two men from maintenance parked next to me and helped me move the rest of my items inside. Alongside that, they are all always so quick to respond to requests and communicate what is going on.
