I have to start by saying the leasing office and maintenance team here truly go above and beyond for residents. Any maintenance request I've put in gets addressed the same day, no waiting around. My unit was super clean and accommodating when I moved in too. What really stuck with me though was I lost a relative close to me recently, and the leasing team got together and got me a get well gift. Cecil was incredibly helpful! He responded quickly to an after-hours emergency maintenance request and returned a few days later to permanently fix the issue. He also noticed a couple of additional things that needed attention and took care of those as well. Great service and much appreciated!
I had to spin the block for Kalyn because honestly that was the best tour I’ve taken in my apartment search. I left a previous review, but I wanted to give her some extra props because she honestly made my experience memorable. The customer service was 10/10, the communication was elite, and the vibes were immaculate lol.
