I had the pleasure of meeting Dalvin today and he took me to tour the model apartment as well as the other units. I absolutely loved the units and the model unit because it had stainless steel appliances, I love the flooring and the washer and dryer units. Dalvin was so cool, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with plenty of available parking. I would highly recommend this place for any working professional who is looking for a place to live.

As far as my experience with the place, me and my fiance haven’t moved in officially, but Dalvin himself is really amazing and he helped us with eveyrhing we needed. We missed our tour appintments twice and he still was willing to tour us. He answered all of our questions and it was all smiles the entire time. He fully explained everything and was honest about it. Even if you’re looking to simply tour Dalvin is definitely the best.
Dalvin is great very responsive very helping and I would refer anyone to utilize him for there experience diamond also.
Omg Dalvin provided exceptional service. He was so nice and showed me multiple units. He was very knowledgeable and informed me about the different activities they have on site such as the door contest and wine down Wednesday. :) He helped me get moved in and was very patient with assisting me with any questions and concerns that I had. After looking at this apartment complex I didn’t search anywhere else due to the great energy received and I have made this place my new home. :)
