After 5 years as a patient of Dr. Erica Valdez, I can honestly say she has been one of the most caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. She always took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make me feel valued as a patient. Her staff has also been exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Used to be good, but now that they are switching to a completely different business with very little notice, they staff are rude and unhelpful. They refused to see any existing patients and claim they can't do anything 45 days after they sent out their letter. Newsflash! None of my family that were patients here got the letter 45 days ago. We got our letters 2 weeks into May and the post office has them dated for May 9th (here's the math, thats 18 days from May 9th to today May 27th). My daughter’s first visit everything seemed to be thorough . Then we had to redo a blood test , that didn’t bother me I understand labs can say hey not enough blood . So they were great about making it convenient and sent the order to where it was easier for us. It’s been a month and I have not heard of the results on one of my daughters test and I’ve left numerous messages . I’m not seeing missed calls from the office number .
