I moved here sept 1st only been here a month and it is terrible I thought I was going to call this home but I can’t it’s really sad the kids out all night basketball playing from morning to night in my bldg it’s just really nasty a lot of traffic and it’s just a hangout all night gets no sleep just over this soon as my lease is up this make no sense no respect for others at all dog shit is just every where in the parking lot and trash come on we have to live here but oh no there is nothing no one can do I’m tired of complain... read more

I can’t wait to freaking move! It’s ghetto out here. People here are bad neighbors. I can say they have great management here though! Mrs. Tabatha is great at her job and communication is on point. Maintenance men are great at their jobs as well. No issues as far as management. Just the environment. Trash is EVERYWHERE. Mass fights, gambling, loud kids, toxic couple fighting everyday. This property is the most nasty roaches infest property I have even seen. The outside is nice!! The neighbors hang out all time of the night, trash all on the ground, the lady that owns these properties only worry about making money and not make sure that her tenants are happy. She is a money hungry property owner. I would let my dog live in this property at all.
