DO NOT RENT FROM CHAMPIONS CLUB As soon as you sign the lease, you will not be able to speak to a human being without offering one of your kidneys and then disconnect at the most convenient time. They say they will help you find a roommate if you need one but do absolutely nothing. If you are trying to get out of the lease, you never will no matter what. Promise. If you like to be laughed at when you ask for them to help you, you will be in luck here☘️
My son signed a Lease at the end of his Freshman year (May), which I was aware of (I'm his Dad). He decided not to return to the University of Arkansas soon thereafter. I reached out to the Building about getting out of the Lease, since it was just signed 2 weeks prior. Do not rent with this complex. I have had so many issues with management being scummy, being told to pay for things that I did not break, a $200 increase in rent just for them to announce renovations are being done and then to go back down on rent for the next year. They contract with a tow company who preys on cars in the middle of the night and when told that the guest spots are full, the drivers will tell you that it's "not their problem". They will pull stuff over on you and avoid taking accountability for anything. I ha... read more

I told them in person, to their face, do NOT call me. They already had my phone number because to book a tour they need your phone number, and I am getting called everyday…
