Management is fantastic, so is the staff. Handles issues almost as soon as you call. Very nice establishment, highly recommended.
Only good thing is the price, parking, and office staff, other than that everything is outdated and on its last life. The gym has maybe three (working) pieces of equipment, our washing machine smelled like mildew, and when requesting maintanence we were told, "it works fine," and the same thing happened with our air vent that was completely black. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever stayed in. The only good thing about it is that it’s a last minute option and it’s cheap (for a reason). We had moldy air vents that we asked to get replaced 3 times and they still did nothing about it. But they did charge us for dust when we moved out. Our carpets had rust stains, and they just painted over nails in the wall, while charging me for filling in my holes with wall putty.
