Our daughter lived here this summer May thru and of July and had a great experience. They were very responsive and answered questions every time we called. This was her first apartment ever to rent. Her apartment was very nice and the bedroom, bathroom and closet were big. She shared with 3 other people whom she didn't know. Thank you for a good first apartment experience.
I’ve lived here for three years ( 2 years in a 4 bed and 1 year in a 2 bed) and have had a great experience! I love the affordable cost, spacious living area, and the amenities they offer. There is a transit spot within a shot walking distance and the staff are very helpful! Scott who works as maintenance is also amazing. DO NOT RENT FROM CHAMPIONS CLUB As soon as you sign the lease, you will not be able to speak to a human being without offering one of your kidneys and then disconnect at the most convenient time. They say they will help you find a roommate if you need one but do absolutely nothing. If you are trying to get out of the lease, you never will no matter what. Promise. If you like to be laughed at when you ask for them to help you, you will be in luck here☘️
My son signed a Lease at the end of his Freshman year (May), which I was aware of (I'm his Dad). He decided not to return to the University of Arkansas soon thereafter. I reached out to the Building about getting out of the Lease, since it was just signed 2 weeks prior. I understand that my son (We) signed a contract, but the Management Team at Champions Club couldn't care less. We attempted to Sublease the unit throughout the Lease, but was unsuccessful.
