Arrived into town from Florida and brother suggested I check it out - Friday morning when I arrived they were experiencing technical difficulties and I decided to wait but, then they said it would be longer and a technician was enroute. A team member greeted me and then I believe the owner came to my car as well. ripped off trim by windshield
I have been trying to reach someone about canceling our monthly membership, left numerous voicemails, submitted inquiries on their webpage, and no one would return my calls. I wanted to cancel it before the month of Oct since we are charged the 30th of every month, but ended up being charged anyway. Finally went in there yesterday to find that it was finally canceled, but only after they charged me for this entire month, and I couldn't even get a car wash! Best car wash in San Antonio!! Nobody gets my “beast” cleaner than they do!!
My first time there yesterday. My car was pretty bad inside and out so i opted for the "Touch Down". It was well worth the $32. They precleaned areas that are Always missed by "the other place". Then the two young men that cleaned the inside, outside and windows did an AMAZING job and i told them they did and thanked them. It was quick, my car was clean and I will go back again and again. Well worth the money which was less than i pay elsewhere and my car was very clean.
