Went through the other day and was not able to check out the wash until later not happy with the way it came out dirt spots and streaks been a customer since it opened. Stopped by today just to let them know no offer to rewash or anything I’m going to be taking my membership somewhere else.
Tried out this carwash for first time. Crew was courteous but the wash did extremely little poor for $25 w/ tip. I paid extra for the "wheels wash", but all the dirt & grime ended up on the hubcaps instead. It's wheels, not just tires as offered. Lastly the front looked as if it was barely touched. Dead bugs were still spead out on front bumper, grill, and hood. I'm not asking for a showroom finish but it is seriously lacking the quality of wash your paying for. You need to step it up CXC.
I had a wonderful experience today ! Even though there was a lady with red hair ( I did catch her name) she was by her self she gave 5 star service !! I will definitely be returning to this location ! She had a positive upbeat attitude it honestly made my entire day ! 😊
I came in around 8 to get my carwash and the lady with red hair was all by her self she provided great customer service and washed and dried my car well past experience with this carwash has not been very good but every time she works she does her absolute best I didn’t catch her name but she deserves a raise
I’ve been coming to this car wash every month without issue—except when the manager, Allen, is involved. He is consistently rude and unprofessional. Most recently, I was in line like usual, and my car (which has a breast cancer ribbon on the plate) was being picked up under a different number than my usual membership. Instead of calmly checking the system, Allen immediately argued with me and insisted I didn’t have a membership at all.
