If I could give zero stars.. I have been a member for at least a year. I came in for a wash and my plan had issues being renewed the night before. It tried to charge me full price instead of the plan. I was in the member line, The employee couldnt fix the issue and made me as well as about five other members behind me back out of the line. The guy was very rude. If it werent for the exemplary customer service at the Belen location, you would have lost me as a customer that day.
