We replaced our windows, soffit and gutters. The people doing the work were rude and had no idea what they were doing. When they finished I told them I was not happy with the work. They basically forced me to sign off on their work. My heating bills have gone up since I replaced my 30 year old Andersen widows. We were told we had a lifetime warranty. We are now having a problem with a window and there is a 99 dollar service charge. Stay away from this company. We were promised other things we never received.
