We have had Champions windows for several years and had to have 2 windows replaced.  Joyce was excellent in getting us scheduled for service and Enoch came and installed our windows without any issues

We have a new four season room from Champion. We have been fortunate to have an excellent technician and customer service specialist for our project. We have had issues from the factory that has caused us to call for Jason to come back a few times. He always comes back and tries to make things right for us. Joyce also makes things very easy when we have an issue. Both these people do an excellent job. They have been caused a lot of problems from Quality Control problems on your product from the factory.

Alvaro Aguilar (Al) did a great job with what I would say was a difficult installation. Difficult how? They had to come measure the bay window opening 2 times (2 different people) before they would even begin to build the windows at the factory. The main issue—a 4 window “bay-ish” front window that stuck out about 18 inches from the house front wall.
