So sorry to say no but I have a customer that has to this date been waiting for 4 months now for a replacement slider for her slding door. Keep in mind it is january 30th 2019 today. The coldest day for the last 20 years and he still has a hole in her all covered with cardboard and tape. Sally says the closest time she has for jext person making a 28 mile rip is february the 25th....wow...I am speechless..I am a retired 60 yr old contractor and use to do installs of champion products but have hard time wanting to even refer ... read more

I had a roof installed by this company and it now leaks. They won’t send anyone out to take a look and fix it and I still am paying for this roof. Very poor customer service

I had a service man come out on Aug 6th to check my windows & doors to see if they needed replacing. Several windows & my back door are needing replacement. Since he left, I can't get anyone to give me a status on my windows. They keep saying they will call me back but they don't. Finally, about 2 weeks ago I received a phone call, but they just wanted to know what the problem was with my windows & they haven't called me back yet to tell me the status. I paid up front then waited 2 months for my door, I finally called to complain and The door had been there for a month. They scheduled the door replacement on a Monday so I took off work then called and canceled Sunday. It was rescheduled for 9 on Tuesday so I took another vacation day then they wait until 10 and call and cancel again. First it was they were over booked then it was a guy got sick which is a lie cause if he was sick why call me an hour after the appointment. What a joke.
