In the mid 2000's Champion replaced my windows and added a sliding glass door. Every window has needed a warranty replacement. That process takes a long time to complete as new custom replacements have to be fabricated. The handle for the sliding glass door has now broken for the 3rd time. I tried to purchase just the handle and replace it myself but Champion refused, stating the design had changed requiring their technician, not to mention a 3 week delay.
