I had all the windows in my home replaced by Champion Windows about 5 months ago. Within just a couple of weeks, one of the new windows exploded — literally shattered for no reason. I called Champion right away, and it took 3 months for a technician to come out. When they finally did, they showed up with the wrong-sized window — which is baffling, considering they were the ones who measured and installed every window in the first place. In the mid 2000's Champion replaced my windows and added a sliding glass door. Every window has needed a warranty replacement. That process takes a long time to complete as new custom replacements have to be fabricated. The handle for the sliding glass door has now broken for the 3rd time. I tried to purchase just the handle and replace it myself but Champion refused, stating the design had changed requiring their technician, not to mention a 3 week delay.
