I've put over 370000 miles on my 36' Load Max and have dealt with more than one outlet for parts in Central AR. By far Champion has been the most knowledgeable and professional of all. They had the parts I needed in stock and were ale to give me the pro's and cons on all of it and offered advice and tips that will keep me on the road and making $$$$. Champion is my new "GO TO" source and I'm recommending them to all my buddies in the business too.

Had Jeff install B&W hitch in my GMC 2500 HD and done a neat and very professional job and has helped me with several other projects and has been very friendly also.Pat is also very helpful.Guys in shop are top notch.
I asked these guys to put a fifth wheel in the back of my Dodge 1500 and Jeff warned me that it was a difficult job, and he really didn’t like doing them. I had them do it anyway. Eventually the bracket messed up my wiring which cost me over $600. Jeff spoke to my repair guy, he agreed it was the bracket that caused the problem and cut me a check for the full amount. Hard to find honest people who stand behind their work these days, but these guys do! They do great work with great service, and I give them five stars.
