a very disappointing experience ... the 48 hours prior to closing were very chaotic and disorganized ... i believe that we were misinformed during closing ... and they have been unresponsive and unaccountable post closing ... customer service is poor
Could not send settlement funds to my brokerage account. this option should be available in 2025
Very good experience with Champion Title. They do have one too many offices in general vicinity of each other. It gets very confusing which office you go to for closing, etc.
