I would say that this review is as much a review of the owner, Randy Hanshaw, as it is a review of Champion Self Storage... and he is as rude and offensive as anyone I have ever done business with. I'll be moving my RV and I would highly caution anyone reading this review from supporting them. After being an easy customer for 2 years, my credit card that was on file for autopay expired. They will continue your lease after you ask them to halt it via email, because you are out of town. They will not tell you they kept your account open until you owe them many hundreds of dollars and are faced with threats of sending your stuff to auction and forcing you to pay $1,000 to do so. They are scam artists but it’s not a surprise. Garbage people run the garbage company.
