Todd was thorough in explaining about the company’s history & window construction of the windows. Loved the heat test! Fun to see the differences. He wasn’t pushy at all. We love that it’s an American company that will be installing our new windows!!

Todd Yates came to our home and is a very pleasant, patient person. He is very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions and took his time explaining everything. We very much enjoyed our experience we had with him. He was not pushing us into anything at all. He made some suggestions that helped us envision what things would look like to make our project appear in the best possible way. I setup an appointment online and the salesman Todd Yates came to my house on a Saturday. He was extremely professional and answered all our questions with great knowledge and enthusiasm. He really loves the windows he he sells. We ended up purchasing 15 windows and a sliding door from him and he gave us a great deal. I would buy from him again if the need arises. Thank you, Todd!
