Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process
The crew that installed my windows from champion did a fantastic job. Also the sell person that came out to my home was great as well.
We had an appointment for a Windows estimate and I received an email 1/2 hour before that the salesman was out sick and that WE should call to reschedule. Totally disrespectful.
Tried having them come out twice. First time they canceled on me. Then my husband takes time off work for another appointment and no call, no show from your guys. No one can give me any answer other than to reschedule. You must not want business. Not to mention you confirmed the appointment like 10 times just for you not to show up, absolutely horrible customer service.
The guys were very knowledgeable and helpful I just hope that the windows come in sooner than 8 weeks cant wait to see when our front porch is done and updated.
