Called for siding, got sold on windows and siding once the windows were in I was informed the siding order would be canceled because of an error on their end and that the money they charged for siding would be taken off my account (still waiting for that to happen). BUYER BEWARE!!! Stay far away from this business. We purchased replacement windows about a year and half ago now. As expensive as these windows were they seem cheap. Just about all are hard to open and we were told its normal ( its not) i used to sell windows and have toured factories so i know how this all works. When the scheduled the initial install we waited all day and no one showed up every time we called we were told they were on their way. Our Champion Rep Ravi Roopnarine, has been very professional and thoughtful throughout this entire process. He is energetic and willing to go the extra mile. I was concerned about how we were going to afford all the work we needed done. He was positive and took time to make it happen. After executing a contract with Champion, I was advised that the cost was more than they could accept and they would not honor their commitment. We reluctantly reduced the scope of the project and executed an addendum to the contract which was created by Champion. Weeks passed with no communication. Finally I was advised that Champion still would not honor their contract commitment due to the cost. I was advised unceremoniously that my down payment ($40K), which Champion had for months, would be returned. Terrible experience... read more
