Garry Mahuta doesn't know his products. The install guys are awful. The project leads are awful. The product from the factory came scratched 3X. And do not believe Garry when he says "you won't need any customer service, but if you do, contact me and we will get it taken care of". He lies. He won't call you back ever. Our attorney suggested we send a letter to the president before we filed a breach of contract lawsuit, and we did send a letter stating all of our issues with the product and service. If i could give a negative star, I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had with an outside contractor. Salesman Garry Mahuta sold us triple pane windows and a sliding patio door, also to be triple pane. Windows were to have internal decorative grid. Found out later, these triple pane windows are not available with internal decorative grid. Windows came months later than promised. Delivered and installed scratched windows and scratched frames.
