Champion will only return your phone call when you are buying the windows. When the windows fog up, they will not give you service. I had to ask a salesman to come to my house to give me a quote, then he called the service department for me. Champion will charge you to send out a technician to write down the numbers of the windows needing service, but he will do no service on the visit. The are no longer located at 5321 Voges Rd, Madison, WI 53718 like Google says. I have a Champion sliding door that the handle has broke on for the 2nd time. I've left several voicemails to try and order a new handle but after a month of trying to reach them I still have not heard back.
Installer very knowledgeable and adapted to some unforeseen circumstances with humor and poise, always checking about what I wanted. Great experience!
Windows are good service was not would not recommend Champion windows.
