I am so disappointed that champion used the third party or a contractor to install our doors. The contractor did a terrible job. If we knew it, we would have used a local small company to do our doors.

We live in rural Monticello and Kathy came out to us. She was great - like family coming over for a visit. 😃 We knew we wanted 4 windows done and she did not push us to have more done - I think most sales people would have. We did use a coupon with the purchase and that was welcomed. Also she explained everything fully and was not trying to hurry.

Champion will only return your phone call when you are buying the windows. When the windows fog up, they will not give you service. I had to ask a salesman to come to my house to give me a quote, then he called the service department for me. Champion will charge you to send out a technician to write down the numbers of the windows needing service, but he will do no service on the visit. The technician told me the repair would be covered by warrantee, but the administrative office called to say they will not be covered by war... read more
