I was quoted a high price then received a mailer for half off so it was a deal. The work was to start five weeks later but a broke glass delayed it another five weeks. Then the crew came in struggled getting the old windows out and missed another appoint. I was missing one window and the main windows came in broken. Now I can't get my broke window fixed until I pay off the balance. Still waiting

Scheduled for demo, replacing all the windows. Rep was great, he went outside to count the windows, then went room to room for rough measurements. My sale price was $25,000 for 15 windows..Then a week later the guy who gets exact measurements came he said he was going to count the windows from the outside then come in and get exact measurements. Waited months or longer for installation. Of course the installers are contracted out. At the end of the installment they came to tell me 2 windows were missing, I said 2? I knew one... read more

These folks are great! From Antoine (sales) to Travis (the installer). Window delivery was within the forecast time, Kara in the office was polite and detailed on what to expect and Travis OMG, TRAVIS! He showed up on time worked around the anticipation of rain, had 8 old windows out and new ones in BY HIMSELF in less than 8 hours total! Good Luck If you go elsewhere (but WHY? Duh)
