My install this summer... from smoking on the job, to no-showing several days off and on, to leaving oven exhaust covered, to knocking down a flood light, to the wiring being nailed into the siding, and when I reported the issue they said they didn't know why it wasn't working anymore.... well it was because it was shorting and tripped a circuit. I had a great experience dealing with Champion! They were very accommodating when we were designing our patio windows and honest about what we can and cannot do. The installers were quick and clean when all of our materials got to our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product! Thanks Champion!
Jake was a great salesperson. He seemed very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The only negative I have about the initial experience was, the quote/sales visit lasted a little longer than we had anticipated. Overall, the experience was really good so far. We haven’t had our install yet, so I can’t speak on our experience with that just yet.
Sun Room installed. Great craftsmanship and courteous service. Installers were responsive to questions and explained all of the processes. Great Job.
