The entire process was great. Salesman was great, communication was plentiful. Installed 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Installers were incredible. They showed up exactly on time and went right to work. Kept me apprised of what they were doing along the way. Completed installation within 8 hours. Cleaned everything up, you'd never know they were even here. A fantastic experience, completely satisfied.
Just finished our sit down with our Champions rep who invested the time to work through all our issues. They listened to our concept and answered our questions, gave us guidance on how best to create our dream and worked through cost issues to make sure we get the best product that meets our needs and within a price budget we can live with. Construction will start soon and we plan to enjoy our covered patio this summer.
Yankee was very professional! He was kind and explained everything he did. He was neat and cleaned everything up afterwards. We would highly recommend him!

Working with Champion was super easy, and everyone was very knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all my questions. Install crew was punctual and worked nonstop until they finished (about 7 hours for 8 windows and a patio door). I'd recommend anyone interested in replacing their windows to get a consultation!
