The sales person, Spencer, was wonderful. He came prepared to answer all our questions and very professional! I would definitely recommend to talk to him at Champion if anyone is planning to add four season’s room.

The salesperson lied explicitly and implicitly during his presentation. He lied explicitly by showing how he could poke a pen thru the screen and then rub it back into place and repair the hole. That is DEFINITELY NOT the same thickness of mesh in the screens installed. My cats have been able to break the strands of the screen mesh with one swipe. Spencer did a great job getting us a quote and getting us set up the same day with the windows we need. Thank you for coming out and helping us get a great price! Update to this review: I would say the service and the windows turned out great. Our only problem is that our salesman did give us an earlier install date than what Champion was actually able to do.
