Dealing with this company and especially Ryan has been very pleasant. We are just starting out with our project, the designing stage but so far it has been easy, trouble free and full of the most important information needed to enjoy the weeks ahead of completing our sunroom. Looking forward to a great outcome and with the quality of work promised having a finished sunroom to enjoy for many years!

Update- 07/10/25 ---15 months after signing contract the project is still not complete-. Unable to talk to the manager or getting any update. Last half installed was done 3 months ago and yet no one able to give an update or follow up (they accidentally broke the windows then had to re ordered for the third time then no contacted since). I was told manager was unavailable and will call back, all these time no manager has calling back to discuss this. NO accountabilities, NO solutions, and no communication. Mike was amazing. He took his time explaining everything, showing examples and making sure I knew what I was getting. I felt very knowledgeable after about windows and the industry. As a first time home owner, updating very old windows, I feel confident with my choice in going with Champion Windows.
