I had a back door and over 20 windows installed. The back door was installed with broken parts, it took champion 3 years and a BBB complaint to finally correct it. I also had a broken window warranty claim that took 10 months for them to replace. It was an awful experience. That being said I am still left with repairing the siding and flooring from their install team when my LVT and siding was ruined. I highly suggest staying away from them if you’re in the Denver area. Install crew did a pretty good job replacing windows with the exception of breaking the glass off one window and being short one screen. After that it went down hill. Took numerous calls from me to get the new window measured. Then numerous more to get the service order scheduled and executed. Once the service tech came out to replace the pane, they damaged the vinyl frame with an oscillating tool to cut out the trim around the pane. The communication from Champion was not that great. The salesman did not explain the contract fully and needs to do a better job explaining things. I would really ask questions about their windows and how they are put together. The crew that came to install could not communicate with us due to English speaking barrier, so he would just say yes and then call his foreman and I would talk to him over the phone. Justin came by on time to look at our dream project - transforming a back porch into a sunroom. We just got 4 new windows from Champion and a sliding door about 8 years ago, both experiences have been wonderful. Everyone is friendly the process is easy and the install was great. I highly recommend this company for your windows.
