Great experience with Champion windows. Quality windows, and great crew.
Mike was great knowledgeable and professional.
Customer service is awful. I have a repair issue for windows they installed but nobody answers the phone. I try to enter a repair ticket through their website but it malfunctions and won't let me get past the first name field. It appears they rolled out a bunch of technology to be efficient but makes it impossible for the customer to contact them. I recommend you go somewhere else.
This is a review about the sales presentation. Scott R did a great job presenting the windows, the glass and showed me different options before we reached a deal. It is informative, transparent, 10/10 recommended.
