Charged an arm and leg for a simple front door with a screen door. Then proceeded to come out and leave my job half done with holes and insulation showing all over the place. Went 2+ weeks without hearing a word from anyone about coming back out to finish my service. Would not recommend this service to anyone, overpriced and poor communication

I had my windows installed thirty years ago, the last ten years I have had to put duct tape on them to keep the cold air out in the winter. While cleaning them the other day one fell completely out of its track. I tried to catch it so it didn't break the glass and in doing so the corner tore a hole in the screen. I finally got it back in the frame and locked it but now can't open it without it dropping down. The company wants me to pay them $130 just to come to my house to look at it. Windows look pretty good. There were some spots where the vinyl is not completely held down to the inside of the window. A clear gap from the wall to the window. I have a window with a dryer vent that was installed. The dryer vent hose was just left in the exit hole without being connected. This has been going on for weeks. Didn’t leave the proper piece to connect it.
