So far my experience with Champion has been excellent. Courtney has been a delight to do business with, and she has been very patient with me working with the timing of my home equity loan, while helping me take advantage of special sale pricing. I asked for her advice and suggestions on different styles of replacement windows to suit my needs. I will update my review after the windows are replaced. Mike came out today from Champion to do a consultation for window replacements at our home, and we were truly impressed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions without any pressure. Although we didn’t move forward with the project today, it’s only because we need to get our finances in order first. We were very pleased with the professional presentation and knowledge shared by Damian during the initial consultation. We had prepped in advance of the meeting and he was able to guide us through the process seamlessly. We pulled the trigger and are excited for the install of a new front door at our home.
