Mo was very thorough and took time to explain and answer any questions I had. I never felt pressured, which I appreciated.
We are a first time customer, and we needed something asap after this last rain storm happened and our window was leaking! I was able to get an appointment NEXT DAY! Mo arrived promptly at the appointment time, and helped us get the best deal on our giant bay window! He was so unbelievably helpful with explaining everything that we were getting and extremely nice to my entire family! Will definitely be using this company and Mo again!
We are very impressed with the quality of the of the triple pain insulated windows from Champion. Their salesperson was excellent. He walked us through the process and was top notch in his presentation to us with the products. Very detailed in his presentation and sold us on why we should go with Champion. If you want a good windows go with Champion. Highly recommended. 5 stars!!!!
UPDATE: my first window install experience with champion from last year is as seen in the second paragraph below. At that time I listed them as 4 star. I decreased their rating because with my second round of windows, the initial install job was terrible. On first impression everything looked okay from the inside, so I signed off on the job. Later in the day, my sister (who is taller than I am) noticed that 3 of the 4 windows installed are definitely missing the caulking/finishing touches on the outside upper portion of the ... read more
