The windows are nice. Getting follow up service is one obstacle after another - inquiries are routed though a central corporate number/website with long hold times and weeks wait for a call back to schedule. I consider these windows premium - I chose Champion for the mid-to long term and am disappointed at the value.

Jonathan Cervantes did a fantastic job. He showed us all the options that made our sunroom unique to our taste. The 4” insulated columns and double pane tempered glass was something I really wanted. He explained everything very thoroughly and made sure all of my questions were answered. Excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Highly recommend giving Champion a call for your sunroom needs.

John Torres was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful during our consultation. We had spoken to other companies regarding this window renovation, and because of his expertise we decided to contract champion windows.
