This is my third purchase of Champion Windows over the last 11 years. The process is always very smooth and the product is consistently one of the best. My previous purchases lowered the energy costs in my house substantially.
We chose Champion because of the salesman's reassurance that we were picking a company that prides itself on quality and holding itself to the Guild standards. After a great presentation from the salesman we decided to take the leap and ordered 8 window replacements and a front door. The windows are nice. Getting follow up service is one obstacle after another - inquiries are routed though a central corporate number/website with long hold times and weeks wait for a call back to schedule. I consider these windows premium - I chose Champion for the mid-to long term and am disappointed at the value.
