Our hot water heater broke, to no fault of our (tenants) took them a week to replace it. Not hot water for a week. The replacement was scheduled for a Friday, I got a call Friday morning from the plumbing company saying they haven't heard back about payment from the Realty company or the homeowner. Also upon move in, there was no washer and dryer, we had to buy that, but in our lease it said there would be one. They told us to just cross it out and initial it, I'm no lawyer, but pretty sure that's illegal or breach of contra... read more
