I have been asking for a tree to be cut down for a long time. The tree is half dead and a big branch fell on my truck They don't care about us tennants. They do not maintain anything in the park. This is negligence on their part this is not an act of God as they will say. I never complain and pay my rent on time. No one ever calls back either
They really don’t care about their tenants. We’re in a pandemic and if your rent is late by even a day, they charge you a fee and threaten eviction. It’s truly disgusting.
